While Plan B seems to offer comfortable innerwear for kids (as seen in many positive reviews), I urge all new customers to be fully aware of their restrictive return policy. Especially when everything is online, we may not be sure of fittings and comfort unless we try them on.
I had an approved return for my order (#273246), but was deeply disappointed to learn that the refund is Store Credit only. This policy is frustrating because it essentially forces customers into making future purchases, even when the original order may have involved quality and comfort issues for kids.
In my experience, being restricted to store credit for a refund feels more like a penalty than a service. Please note that they also deduct a Rs. 50 Return Fee from the product value before issuing the credit.
If you are a customer who values the option of a true monetary refund when things don't work out, you should seriously factor in this "store credit only" policy before committing to a purchase. Due to this policy, I will be refraining from purchasing from this brand in the future.

Given the context of my issue (which involved quality) and my loyalty, they processed a refund directly to my bank account for the two items in question, an action that demonstrates a willingness to be fair when products are unusable.
