Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy


  SHIPPING POLICY -

  1. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 days of being placed. We offer shipping across India and provide a Cash on Delivery (COD) facility.

  2. All orders are dispatched from Mumbai and typically take 3-7 working days to reach our customers, barring any unforeseen circumstances.

  3. For orders worth Rs 1000 and above, shipping is free. For orders below Rs 1000, a shipping fee of Rs 50 applies.

  4. An order cannot be cancelled/modified once it has been shipped / dispatched.

  5. Please note that if you return your order, the shipping charges are non-refundable. 


RETURN POLICY -

Returning Plan B products is simple:

  1. Submit Your Request: Enter your order details on our Return Portal.

  2. Pickup Process: The product(s) will be collected within 1-4 days of your request. Please note, a return fee of ₹50 will be deducted from your refund.

  3. Damaged/Defective Products: Share images with us within 24 hours on our whatsapp number (9152021196) or email us at hello@yougotplanb.com for a quick replacement.

  4. Quality Issues: Describe the issue. If verified, we will process a refund to your source account or provide store credit. Exchanges are also available.

  5. Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 24-48 working hours after we receive the product in its original condition.

  6. Return Timeline: All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


EXCHANGE POLICY -

Exchanging Plan B products is simple:

  1. Submit Your Request: Enter your order details on our Exchange Portal.

  2. Select Products: Choose the product you want to exchange and select the new product you’d like instead. Pay any difference in amount, if applicable.

  3. Pickup Process: Your product will be picked up within 1-4 days of your request. An exchange fee of ₹50 will be added to your new order.

  4. Dispatch Timeline: Once we receive the original product in intact condition, we will dispatch your new product within 24-48 working hours. Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp.

  5. Exchange Timeline: All exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  6. Exchange Rules: You can exchange any order, but the new product must be equal to or greater than the original price. Please note that exchange charges will be added to the total amount.

 

GENERAL FAQ’s - 

1. What Products Can Be Returned?

  • Innerwear: (Underwear, Boxers, Bloomers, Trunks, Bras) can be returned only once.

  • Outerwear: Returnable.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Transparent straps and All accessories.

  • Clearance Sale Items: Final sale; non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Return Conditions: Products must be in their original condition, with tags intact, delivered in the cloth pouch provided. They should be unused, unwashed, and free from stains or damage.

2. How Many Times Can an Order Be Returned?

  • Innerwear: Returnable/ exchangeable only once after the first purchase.

  • Other Products: Can be returned multiple times, but a ₹50 return fee applies to each return.

3. Failed Delivery Attempts
 Our shipping partner will attempt delivery three times. After unsuccessful attempts, the order status will be marked as closed. For prepaid orders, please contact us at hello@yougotplanb.com.

4. Can Store Credit Be Used in Parts?
 No, store credit/discount codes must be used in a single order. We cannot reissue a code for any remaining balance.

6. Where Can We See the Store Credit?
Store credit notifications are sent from hello@yougotplanb.com within 12 days of your return/exchange request. 📩 Check your inbox and spam/junk folder for the notification.

10. How to Get a Free Sample
Click on the link below and select the free sample and pay the delivery charges. Add your address and complete the payment. Note: You will be charged Rs. 50 for delivery and only one free sample per customer is sent.
