Shipping & Return Policy
- Orders are shipped within 1-2 days of placing the order We ship all across India and offer COD facility as well
- All orders are shipped from Mumbai and usually take 5-10 working days to reach our customers except in unforeseen circumstances
- All orders worth Rs 1000 and above, shipping is free. For orders below Rs 1000, shipping is Rs 50
- An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped / dispatched
1. WHAT PRODUCTS CAN BE RETURNED?
- Innerwear (Padded Underwear, Underwear, Boxers, Bloomers, Trunks, Bras) are returnable only ONCE
- Outerwear products are returnable
- Transparent Straps and Headbands are NOT returnable
- Products in CLEARANCE SALE are on final sale and are non returnable and non exchangeable
- Products should be returned in original condition with tags intact and in the cloth pouch that it was delivered in
- Product should be unused and unwashed and should not have stains or damages
2. DO YOU CHARGE FOR RETURNS?
Yes, we have a nominal charge of Rs.50
3. HOW LONG IS MY RETURN VALID?
Returns are valid only upto 7 days from date of delivery of order. Any request received after 7 days from date of delivery shall not be accepted.
4. HOW TO RETURN?
- Request for return on link below https://www.yougotplanb.com/apps/return_prime and enter order number and registered contact/ registered email
- Once we receive your return request, we shall initiate pick up of product/s through our trusted logistic partners within 1-4 days of receiving the request
- Pick up of products involves collecting the product/s from your location and delivering it to our warehouse. This process typically takes 10-12 working days
- Once we receive your returned product and have checked the condition, we shall issue your refund as a store credit in the form of a discount code by email after deducting the Rs.50 return fee
- This store credit/discount code can be used to purchase any available product from our website www.yougotplanb.com. The discount code is valid for 6 months from date of issue
- DO NOTE THAT SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
- PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL REFUNDS ARE AS STORE CREDIT ONLY
5. WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED?
In the event that you receive a damaged/ defective product, please share an image with us on whats app on 9152021196 and state the issue.
You can either opt for a store credit or we can refund the amount back via a payout link.
6. HOW MANY TIMES CAN AN ORDER BE RETURNED?
- Inner wear can be returned only ONCE after the first purchase.
- All other products can be returned more than once but a Rs.50 return fee shall be levied on each return
7. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Our shipping partner shall make three attempts to deliver your package and post unsuccessful delivery after these attempts we will consider the order status as closed. For prepaid orders kindly contact us at email@example.com
8. CAN THE STORE CREDIT BE USED IN PARTS?
No, the store credit/discount code needs to be used in one single order. We shall not reissue a discount code for any pending amount
