I am extremely disappointed with the response and, more importantly, with the continued lack of action.
To make matters worse, I am now receiving feedback requests for this order via WhatsApp, despite the fact that the order has not even been shipped and I am still waiting for an update on my refund. This is extremely frustrating and reflects a serious lack of coordination within your team.
You have repeatedly mentioned that the matter is “being checked with the team” and asked me to allow some time, but I have still received no concrete update regarding either the order status or my refund. It is unacceptable that I have had to repeatedly follow up for a resolution.
I have been patient and cooperative throughout this process, but my patience is now exhausted. I expect you to process my full refund immediately and provide me with written confirmation.
If I do not receive my refund or a definite resolution without further delay, I will have no option but to consider taking the appropriate legal course of action to recover my money.
I sincerely hope this can be resolved promptly without requiring any further escalation from my end.
