SHIPPING POLICY -

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 days of being placed. We offer shipping across India and provide a Cash on Delivery (COD) facility.

All orders are dispatched from Mumbai and typically take 3-7 working days to reach our customers, barring any unforeseen circumstances.

For orders worth Rs 1000 and above, shipping is free. For orders below Rs 1000, a shipping fee of Rs 50 applies.

An order cannot be cancelled/modified once it has been shipped / dispatched.

Please note that if you return your order, the shipping charges are non-refundable.
RETURN POLICY -
Returning Plan B products is simple:

Submit Your Request: Enter your order details on our Return Portal.

Pickup Process: The product(s) will be collected within 1-4 days of your request. Please note, a return fee of ₹50 will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged/Defective Products: Share images with us within 24 hours on our whatsapp number (9152021196) or email us at hello@yougotplanb.com for a quick replacement.
Once the defect or damage is verified, you will be eligible for either a product exchange or a refund to the original mode of payment. -
Quality Issues: Describe the issue in detail. If the issue is verified, we will offer an exchange or provide a refund, in the form of store credit.

EXCHANGE POLICY -
Exchanging Plan B products is simple:

Submit Your Request: Enter your order details on our Exchange Portal.

Select Products: Choose the product you want to exchange and select the new product you’d like instead. Pay any difference in amount, if applicable.

Pickup Process: Your product will be picked up within 1-4 days of your request. An exchange fee of ₹50 will be added to your new order.

Dispatch Timeline: Once we receive the original product in intact condition, we will dispatch your new product within 24-48 working hours. Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp.

Exchange Timeline: All exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange Rules: You can exchange any order, but the new product must be equal to or greater than the original price. Please note that exchange charges will be added to the total amount.
Please note, products once exchanged cannot be exchanged again.

1. What products are eligible for return?-
Innerwear (Underwear, Boxers, Bloomers, Trunks, Bras, Padded Camisoles, Inner Shorts):
Returnable or exchangeable only on the customer’s first-ever order. -
Casual Clothing:
Fully returnable as per policy, within 7 days from the date of delivery.. - Non-Returnable Items:
- Transparent bra straps and all accessories,
- Clearance Sale Items
All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact. Products should be sent back in the cloth pouch provided and must be free from stains, damage, or alterations.
2. How many times can an order be returned?
- Innerwear: Return/exchange allowed only once, and only after the first purchase.
- All Other Products: Multiple returns or exchanges are permitted. A flat ₹50 fee will be charged per order request, regardless of the number of products.
3. How will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be issued as store credits by default. These can be used for future purchases on our website.
In case of exceptions such as defective products or quality issues, once verified, the refund will be processed back to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.
4. What to do if delivery attempts fail?
Our courier partner attempted delivery up to three times. You will receive updates via phone call and WhatsApp. If all attempts are unsuccessful, the order is marked as closed. If this happens, you can always reach us at hello@yougotplanb.com for assistance.5. Can I use Store Credit partially?
Yes. Store credit can be used partially only if the order value is less than the available wallet balance. Please Note: Store credit is valid for one year only. Once expired, it cannot be reissued or extended.6. How do I use my Store Credit?
